- Collaborate effectively with contractors, engineers, vendors, and internal teams to align project
goals and schedules.

- Validate material specifications and quality to meet project requirements.
4. Operational Oversight:
- Supervise and streamline construction operations to meet project milestones.

5. Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate documentation, including site reports, procurement records, and compliance
checklists.
- Provide detailed project updates, reports, and recommendations to the Operations Head.Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 4 years in a similar role.
Technical Proficiency: Expertise in construction management software/tools (e.g., MS Project,
AutoCAD, or Primavera).Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and team management capabilities.
- Thorough understanding of construction materials, techniques, and safety standards.
Additional Preferences:
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and building codes.
- Previous experience managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic project environments.
