We are currently working with a leading contractor within the Infrastructure and Energy Sector, who are currently looking for a Senior Engineer to work on a freelance basis.
Based in the Carlisle area.
The project is a £250m substation project.
Responsibilities include:
- Quality Assurance
- Management of internal resource and subcontractors
- Ensure that the works are constructed in accordance with the contract and design information, drawings, specification, and Project Management Plan
- Produce site documentation for delivery of the works
- Develop, then work to programmes, measuring progress and productivity outputs
- Supervise the construction process to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with design specifications.
What we are looking for is:
- Degree qualified or other relevant qualification
- Minimum 7+ years experience
- 2 Professional references
- SMSTS (Preferred)
- CSCS Card
- Firts aid training
