• The In-Region APAC Senior Analyst is an exceptional analytical thinker who has a deep understanding of data management and has the ability to implement innovative solutions.

• This individual will be in-region APAC and part of a global analytics team supporting programs in scope for Global Product Integrity partnering with technology, product management, e-commerce, retail, and all product functions from design and development to sourcing, fulfillment, merchandising, planning, and allocation.
• The Senior Analyst will be responsible for operational reporting deliverables, enhancing and optimizing existing ETL processes, developing advanced data models and analysis methodologies, communicating operational metrics to stakeholders, representing business requirements to technology and product management, and conducting data validation and testing accordingly.
• Partnering with the same colleagues, the Senior Analyst will champion best practices around data standards, policies, and procedures.

• Extract, cleanse, and transform data from disparate data sources to conduct operational, strategic, and exploratory analysis in support of projects and self-service reporting tools
• Implement ETL improvement opportunities and data accuracy strategy including data validation, cross-checking with other sources, and error detection tools
• Develop tools/systems and compile product testing, inspections, SPC, and factory audit results with other metrics on business performance for enhancing operation efficiency presented in Power BI, or PowerPoint when applicable
• Produce operational reporting pertaining to supplier quality performance and production
• Create SOP and associated comprehensive documents for existing and new reports
• Support end-to-end strategy and delivery for company's Product Voice of Guest (PVOG) program in APAC, capturing feedback from disparate data sources across all internal and external channels and creating valuable insights to inform all areas of the business and collaborating with internal stakeholders on execution
• Execute Global Product Integrity reporting best practices and data governance strategy
• Submit business requirements as necessary to tech/product management, conduct testing, and provide UAT notes

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
• Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and/or build complex reporting solutions
• Expert-level proficiency in Excel, VBA, DAX, Power BI, SQL, database management, data modeling, and database structures; experience with Smartsheet
• Strong familiarity with the functioning of the flows, architecture, and optimal structure of data: competence to acquire data needed to drive results
• Excellent communication, spelling and grammatical attention to detail both written and verbal with external and internal stakeholders across all levels with a proven ability to work under pressure
• Loves problem-solving, strong eye for detail while still being able to see the bigger picture, and proficient with systems-thinking and able to articulate them to various groups by across the company Ability to manage multiple concurrent steams of work with a drive to get things done within tight deadlines
• Self-starter with the ability to make independent decisions and the judgment to know when to seek guidance
