- Our client is a Reputable High-end Conglomerate Company.
- Act as the escalation point to resolve critical cybersecurity incidents.
- Coordinate incident response activities and provide visibility to reporting line.
- Ensure incident response playbooks are regularly updated to address evolving use cases.
- Manage a team and provide training/mentoring to junior team members.
- Monitor and continuously improve incident response operations by defining KPIs and collecting feedback.
- Evaluate and improve operational processes, procedures, and tools to alignment with the cybersecurity strategy.
- Provide regular updates to line manager on critical incidents and incident response operations.
- Work closely with the incident response team functions and Risk & Advisory Team to share metrics and threat information.
- Support the execution of the Group's Cybersecurity strategy in collaboration with the reporting line manager.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in cybersecurity area with leading a team experience.
- Well experience with cybersecurity best practices, incident response frameworks, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in incident response tools and technologies, such as SIEM, threat intelligence platforms, and forensic analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
- Strong collaboration and coordination abilities to work with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant cybersecurity certifications, such as CISSP, GIAC, GCIH or CISM.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to incident response.
