Randstad has recently partnered with a technology company in Malaysia that provides a single platform solution suite for real estates, assets, infrastructures and energy management. They are looking to hire a Senior Client Account Manager to join their team.
about the job
- Provide first and second line support for application issues, logging and tracking incidents.
- Conduct customer meetings to discuss their current issues and present potential solutions.
- Ensuring the application runs smoothly and identifying potential areas for improvement.
- When issues arise, performing root cause analysis to understand why an issue occurred implementing permanent fixes or workarounds to prevent recurrence.
- Assisting with testing and validating bug fixes or enhancements.
- Worked with software development team on reported errors and bugs on newly patched software and assisting in deployment of release fixes.

about the requirements

- Preferably a degree/diploma holder in IT.
- Anyone with strong accounting who is interested in IT industry. You will learn the processes of IT industry.
- Experience working with systems OR knowledge in systems/technicalities is preferable, but not necessary.
- Ability to prioritise and multi-task.
- Able to work independently, committed, motivated, good working attitude, initiative and integrity.
- Able to lead a small team and speak to client independently with confidence.
