This is a 12-month hybrid contract. It requires the Developer to work at our client's office in downtown Toronto 1 day per week, plus one additional day per month.

Responsibilities
• Campaign Development & Execution: Use Salesforce Marketing Cloud to build campaigns, leveraging data to create client lead lists and drive customer acquisition and retention strategies. Work with IBM Campaign Management tools (formerly UNICA) to design, execute, and optimize campaigns.
• Requirement Gathering & Documentation: Collaborate with business partners across channels to gather campaign requirements, develop solutions, and obtain sign-offs on documentation.
• Coding & Quality Assurance: Spend a significant amount of time coding, ensuring that all campaign processes are followed accurately and layouts are verified before launch.
• Project Management & Relationship Building: Manage small-scale direct marketing projects within cross-functional teams, building strong internal and external relationships. Adapt to program changes, prioritize multiple tasks, and deliver within strict timelines.
• Analysis & Problem-Solving: Analyze information from various sources, make informed recommendations, and present data in a clear and concise format. Experience with statistical models, predictive analytics, and segmentation is an asset.
Qualifications
• 1-3 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• 1-3 years in developing, deploying, and managing email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Strong knowledge of Amp Script, HTML, and SQL
• Proficiency in database marketing, relational databases, and Business Intelligence (BI) tools
• Knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, and Acoustic (preferred)
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (preferred)
• Experience in financial services (preferred)
