Freelance Senior Cost Planner / Senior Estimator required ASAP for Tier One contractor on major £200m London super prime residential project

I have an urgent requirement for a Senior Cost Planner or Senior Estimator for one of my Tier One contractor clients to work on a major £200m super prime residential project in London on a freelance basis for 10-12 weeks, potentially longer.

The role will be to revise the current cost plan, managing the process of going back out to market and engaging with a broader supply chain with the existing information as well as incorporating the latest design info, updating the schedule and presenting a revised cost plan to the client.

The successful candidate will come from a Cost Planning or Estimating background and ideally have worked on major projects, super prime / luxury residential experience is desirable but not essential.

The role is office based in the London project offices, with the option of hybrid working.
