For one of our Clients we are currently looking for experienced Senior Collections Specialist with the knowledge of one of Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish or Danish).

- Provide resolution support to collections specialist
- Manage a segment of key accounts and support the maintenance and enhancement of key accounts
- Develop training materials and procedures regarding key account collection processes
- Establish strong working relationships with other teams and internal/external customer contacts
- Improve productivity and service, utilizing knowledge of multiple credit systems and divisional programs by suggesting changes
- Provide collection input around specific key account customer segments and cooperate with the reporting teams to develop or enhance reports and analysis around key account AR portfolio
- Coach and train collections specialists
- Educational Background
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel Access)
- Relevant professional experience in Accounts Receivables / Collections
- Proficient in analysing financial data
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Fluency in English and one of Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish or Danish)
- Strong customer orientation
