your tasks
- provide resolution support to collections specialist
- manage a segment of key accounts and support the maintenance and enhancement of key accounts
- develop training materials and procedures regarding key account collection processes
- establish strong working relationships with other teams and internal/external customer contacts
- improve productivity and service, utilizing knowledge of multiple credit systems and divisional programs by suggesting changes
- provide collection input around specific key account customer segments and cooperate with the reporting teams to develop or enhance reports and analysis around key account AR portfolio
- coach and train collections specialists
what we expect
- completed studies in finance, accounting, business or related field
- very good knowledge of English and one of the following languages: Slovenian / Croatian / Hungarian / Slovak / Czech / Romanian
- minimum 3 years of experience in the area of AR/collections
- knowledge of SAP
- very good communication and cooperation skills
- detail-oriented and self-motivated
- proficient in analyzing financial data
- good organizational and time management skills
- knowledge of Microsoft Office
- strong customer orientation
