• Support the management and maintenance of Private Cloud infrastructure (servers, storage, load balancers).
• Perform regular system maintenance and patch management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system incidents efficiently.
• Develop and maintain system documentation and disaster recovery plans.
• Participate in system projects and provide support for the Public Cloud environment (monitoring, deployment, troubleshooting).

• Possesses a Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines
• Holds a minimum of 4 years of practical experience within the IT industry; 10 years working exp required for Lead position
• Demonstrates strong knowledge of cloud computing principles, virtualization technologies, and network security best practices
• Has proven experience working with VMware vSphere, vCenter, and NSX-T environments
• Exhibits familiarity with core operating systems including Microsoft Windows Server and Linux, as well as SQL Server databases
• Experience with Public Cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is considered a valuable asset
• Possesses strong problem-solving and analytical skills, coupled with excellent communication and documentation abilities
