The role:
As a Senior Client Manager you will be the main point of contact for clients, offering comprehensive assistance and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Develop and expand a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met with the highest standards of customer service
- Act as the main point of contact , addressing all client queries and providing timely and effective support.
- Ensure prompt and efficient responses and resolution of client issues and concerns, adhering to SLAs to maintaining high client satisfaction
- Handle the onboarding process working closely with the incorporations team and other departments to ensure a seamless and welcoming transition for new clients
- Offer advice to clients on financial year end matters and profit treatment to help clients make informed decisions and actively perform year end profit calculations
- Liaise with Senior Accountants on queries related to the preparation of Annual Financial Statements ensuring clarity and accuracy for clients
- Review and quality check client payrolls and VAT returns and handle processing and submission to revenue with necessary.
- Manage contractor expenses and provide accurate guidelines and advice.
- Prepare and submit sales invoices ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to clients
Requirements:
- Proven experience in client management and advisory roles with a focus on exceptional customer service
- IATI qualification or similar but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer focused approach
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for accounting and client management
