Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a basic standard of technical claims competence for managing all P&C claims for personal lines and medical related to ensure achieving service turnaround time and KPI targets
- Responsible for managing claims including handling inquiry; coverage determination, quantum analysis, and policy liability assessment, where appropriate within authority limits.
- Provide quality customer services and handle call/email enquiries including complaints
- Assist in reviewing workflow and implementing continuous claims process improvement
