Qualifications:
- Previous experience in composites, especially in development and/or testing.
- Basic knowledge of polymer chemistry.

- BSc or MSc in Polymer, Organic, or Material Chemistry.
- Global mindset - with daily cooperation with European and global customers and colleagues.
- Fluent in English and Norwegian.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to relocate to the Fredrikstad area in Norway.
