The Change Manager is the sole specialist change and communications resource within the project team, reporting to the Project Manager and advising the Project Sponsor. The role is responsible for planning and executing clear, timely and effective change strategies, plans and activities to achieve business transformation objectives, benefits, business readiness, and embedding practice of new ways of working.
Key Duties:
- Provide direction to project governance and delivery teams in developing, implementing and evaluating change strategy, methodology and outcomes.
- Lead, develop and execute strategy, plans and tactical activities for change and communications for a regionally distributed workforce to transform to future ways of working.
- Establish and lead a network of change champions to scale and accomplish project change management across the organisation.
- Lead, develop, establish and execute targeted internal two-way communications to ensure stakeholder impacts and staff concerns are managed.
- Collaborate with the project team, vendor and stakeholders to understand the change from current to future state ways of working specific to the various workforce operational roles.
- Develop, maintain and monitor effectiveness of change management deliverables such as Change Management Plan and schedules, stakeholder Change and Impact Assessment, stakeholder Learning Needs Analysis, Organisational Change Readiness Assessment, stakeholder Engagement Plans and communications, Transition Plans to business as usual.
- Participate in workshops and planning sessions ensuring a change management perspective is included.
The ideal candidate for this role will possess:
- Minimum 3 years' senior Change Manager experience for IT enabled transformation for a large organisation.
- C Class Driver's Licence Required - Travel is expected.
- PROSCI certification in the ADKAR methodology or similar.
- Experience with Case Management operations and solutions.
- Practical experience performing change management in a hybrid Prince 2 and Agile project delivery environment.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and Microsoft Office products.
- Familiarity with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence tools desired.
