A Compensation and Benefits Executive is responsible for managing, developing, and executing compensation and benefits strategies that attract, retain, and motivate talent within an organisation. The role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, including designing competitive salary structures, administering employee benefits, and ensuring that all programs comply with relevant laws and organisational objectives.
1. Compensation Strategy Development and Management
... - Salary Structure Design: Develop and implement salary structures, compensation scales, and job grading systems that align with the organisation's business goals and market competitiveness.
- Bench marking and Market Analysis: Conduct regular market research and salary surveys to ensure the company's compensation offerings are competitive and in line with industry standards.

Required Skills and Experience
- Must have degree, with a minimum of 3.00 CGPA and above, in relevant and or other fields (HR, Legal, Business Management, relevant)
- Experience in HR , specifically C&B roles, with at least 2-3 years of experience.
- Must have own transportation, this role requires travelling between 2 offices on a weekly basis.
- Knowledge of Compensation & Benefits Systems: Expertise in designing and administering compensation programs, including base salary, incentives, and benefits packages.
- Legal & Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of compensation-related regulations, including labor laws, tax regulations, and compliance standards.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform strategy and optimize programs.
