• Work with project business unit stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation.
• Gather, review, and document requirements and technical design documents to provide timely feedback.
• Plan and coordinate software development activities following approved methodologies.
• Identify, record, and track issues throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications
Mandatory Qualifcations
1. Five plus (5+) years' experience in business/system analysis backed with a professional certification such as the Certified Business Analysis Professional™ (CBAP ®) designation from the IIBA®.
2. Five plus (5+) years' experience in managing projects for public sector or large organizations with a focus on implementing overarching enterprise systems for use in multiple business areas.
3. Five plus (5+) years' experience in requirements management, including detailed solution documentation, technical specifications and reporting project status and progress updates.
4. Five plus (5+) years' experience in stakeholders’ engagement, leading and supporting multidisciplinary project teams.
5. Five plus (5+) years' experience in project planning, including project delivery and beak down of project deliverables into activities and tasks.
6. Five plus (5+) years' experience in change management, including identifying and mitigating project risks.
7. Five plus (5+) years' experience collecting, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Desired Qualifications
1. Strong verbal and written communication skills to communicate both internally and externally with personnel at all levels.
2. Strong software development background with experience in microservices based architecture with spring framework and knowledge of message brokers.
3. Sound knowledge of cloud-based technologies (e.g. AWS, Azure) and understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
5. Good knowledge of data security, data privacy and payment card industry (PCI) compliance
6. Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to build and manage complex relationships with groups/individuals with varying perspectives, interest and roles
7. Well-developed communication skills including oral, written, presentation, facilitation and mediation skills (negotiation and mediation).
