Analyzing business and technology processes to uncover opportunities for optimization.
Working with stakeholders to gather, document, and manage requirements using both waterfall and agile methodologies.
Leading problem-solving sessions to tackle complex issues and deliver win-win solutions for stakeholders.
Facilitating seamless communication across teams, ensuring stakeholders are well-informed and that the implementation stays on track.
Contributing to the development of future state processes and documentation, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Participating in scrum processes, including creating user stories, prioritizing work, and assessing functionality delivered in sprints.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
To thrive in this role, you should have:
Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or business-related field.
6+ years of experience in business analysis, ideally within a technical or operations-focused role.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts between business and technical teams.
A passion for process analysis and continuous improvement.
An ability to lead with initiative, solve problems creatively, and manage multiple priorities.
Bonus Points For:
IIBA certification or working towards it within your first 1-2 years.
Previous experience implementing and integrating systems; especially in areas like payroll or business operations.
