Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
- Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders across various departments (e.g., lending, credit, operations).
- Conduct gap analysis between current lending processes and the capabilities of nCino and Salesforce.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for system configuration and customization.
System Design and Implementation:
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement nCino and Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure system functionality and data integrity.
Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors.
- Effectively communicate project updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to optimize lending processes through automation and technology.
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, Salesforce certifications) are a plus.
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking or financial services industry.
- Proven experience with lending processes and systems.
- Hands-on experience with nCino and Salesforce is strongly preferred.
Experience with Commercial or Capital Markets banking would be an asset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in requirements gathering and documentation techniques.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
