- Set organizational and operational objectives through business impact analysis, requirement documentation, technical solution design, and process change management support
- Manage projects by identifying milestones, forming teams, tracking activities, monitoring resources, resolving issues, and overseeing deliverables
- Conduct quality assurance, prepare training materials, and lead user briefing sessions for change management.
- Provide technical consultancy to IT teams and business users by staying updated on technologies and best practices
- Support team efforts with daily user training, promote IT strategy adherence, and build relationships with stakeholders
- At least 6 years of experience in system requirement analysis and IT project management
- Strong expertise in:
- Case management
- Business process system implementation
- Web-based solutions
- Cloud technologies
- Document management systems
- Data analytics platforms
- Microservices architecture
- Experience in project and quality management
- Familiar with PMP / Agile methodologies and standards e.g. ISO
- Knowledge of programming/scripting languages (e.g., Java)
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Microsoft Power BI) and AI technologies is a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills, user interviewing abilities, and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficient in spoken English and Chinese
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
