The Role:
The successful candidate will be play a pivotal role in driving success by leading the bid process for key projects within their plans. You will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the bid lifecycle, from initial identification through to submission, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance are maintained throughout.
Duties:
- Motivate and inspire the team
- Provide feedback to the bid team members about their performance on the bid
- Lead the bid strategy
- Understand the entire bid process
- Be accountable for everything that goes into the bid
