Role: Senior Bid Manager
Location: Essex
Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent
The role:
You will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the bid lifecycle, from initial identification through to submission, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance are maintained throughout.
Duties:
- Motivate and inspire the bid team
- Check progress and support the bid team members
- Provide feedback to bid team members about their performance on the bid
- Lead the bid strategy
- Understand the entire bid process
- Be accountable for everything that goes into the bid
Requirements:
- Track record of winning profitable work
- Experience using multiple software platforms
- Extensive experience in the tendering process and management of the PCSA period of a project
- Regional / National contractor experience as the Senior / Bid Manager
