• Manage 2nd Level (Tier -2) escalation for all queries
• Support 1st Level tickets (Tier-1) during peak timings
• Training and education to HR/HR Agents (Tier-1)
• Quality checks for all the master data and action performed by Tier-1 in Employee
Central (Oracle) for Hire to Retire processes
• Monitor solution provided and customer experience
• Analyses possible solutions using standard procedures
• Maintain quality standards and evidence for audit
• Collect and maintain require changes in online HR Knowledge Base
• Prepare FAQs to ensure proactive solution of all the queries
• Highlight the need of communication for employees/HR
• Collaborate with site HR in day-to-day operations
Experience: Bachelor’s degree with minimum 4-7 years relevant experience in HR Shared Services
