Responsibilities
- Prepare and review consolidated financial statements in accordance with GAAP and IFRS standards.
-Analyze financial results and provide insights to management on variances and trends.
- Coordinate the monthly and quarterly closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary financial data and support strategic initiatives.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting and budgeting processes.
- Assist in the preparation of external financial reports and regulatory filings.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and assist in audit preparations.
- Mentor and train junior analysts on best practices in consolidation and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or equivalent designation is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, consolidation, or reporting, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting standards (GAAP, IFRS).
- Proficient in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
