- owning the monthly Statements of Account—you’ll be the one ensuring everything is accurate, up-to-date, and reconciled to perfection,
- leading the reconciliation process, handling both AR and AP accounts with agents,
- resolving unapproved invoices—your approach is proactive, your solutions smooth,
- managing invoice settlements and handling disputes like a pro, making sure everyone leaves happy,
- tracking account activities with monthly aging status reports, keeping us all in the loop,
- recording transfers and updating reconciliations, because precision is your middle name,
- coordinating bank transfers and ensuring all templates and systems are on point,
- cross-referencing wires against bank statements for that all-important accuracy,
- keeping agents informed on their accounts, building strong relationships along the way,
- mentoring Junior Agents—you’ve been there, you’ve learned the ropes, and now you’re ready to help others succeed.
what we expect
A detail-oriented, experienced reconciliation specialist who thrives on organization and clear communication. You’ll be a key figure in our finance team, bringing leadership, expertise, and a knack for navigating complex financial systems.
In your application, we’d love to see:
- 5+ years of experience in accounts reconciliation—you know the process inside out,
- a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field,
- fluent English (written and spoken); an additional European language is a bonus.
- leadership skills with a natural talent for mentoring.
- excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- advanced Microsoft Office skills and ideally, experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX.
- a proven ability to navigate complex financial systems and get to the bottom of things.
