Working cross-functionally, globally and with a wide group of commercial stakeholders you’ll support a team of Senior Directors in our Demand and Supply Management team, enabling them to keep up with the company’s rapid pace. Acting as a liaison embedded in the business functions and geography your talents in problem solving, organization, time management and more will help fuel Nike’s success. You’ll learn how Nike operates through being responsible for coordinating and leading certain activities and being involved with strategic initiatives that are designed to improve Nike’s business position and operating model, giving you a unique insight into the opportunities that exist for building a career with Nike.

 What you bring: Fluent in English, Excellent computer skills required: Microsoft Office, Excel and Slack.

what will you do

Key Accountabilities:

• Manage 4 Senior Directors’ schedule. Ensure appointments are created, updated or cancelled in a timely manner. Ensure appropriate locations for events and meetings are secured and arrange catering as requested;
• Enable successful team events. Use your judgement on when to work with the Senior Director and when to use your own initiative to ensure suitable locations are secured, catering and audio-visual requirements are understood and provided for, accommoda
• Expense tracking and reporting. Accurately monitor, record and analyze team expenses, ensuring compliance with policies and optimizing cost management. Prepare timely reports on behalf of your Senior Directors;
• Manage Senior Director travel arrangements to attend Nike events as appropriate. Book flights, train tickets, accommodation and arrange Visas where necessary;
• Support the induction and introduction of new permanent employees. Support new employees by ensuring they are introduced to their respective team and have the necessary and relevant support, advice and guidance from the necessary teams in Nike’s busi
• Enable the successful visits of functional teams from other Geographies and locations (i.e. APLA / Greater China /North America or Global) as appropriate by helping them to secure travel to or from EHQ, as well as visas and accommodation if necessary
