Responsibilities
- Manage affirmation and confirmation of OTC derivatives and related settlements.
- Perform daily margin processes for Exchange Traded Products, OTC Derivatives, and related transactions.
- Resolve reconciliation breaks and margin disputes with internal teams and counterparties.
- Conduct transaction management, including investment fundings, distributions, settlements, and reporting.
- Prepare and reconcile accounting entries, monitor cash flows, and ensure timely processing in investment systems.
- Interact with investment partners and external advisors for reporting and support.
- Support internal controls development, adherence to regulatory requirements, and process improvements.
Qualifications
Must-Have:
- University degree in Business or a related discipline.
- Professional designation (CPA, CMA, CGA, CFA).
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in financial services or real estate investment.
- Proven self-motivation, quick learning, and excellent communication and time management skills.
- Experience or knowledge in middle office or investment operations, particularly with derivative products.
- Strong analytical, financial management, and accounting skills.
- Advanced Excel proficiency and adaptability to new systems.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with Murex, GTSS, MarkitWire, DTCC, ICE, LCH, Simcorp, Bloomberg, FIS Apex, Cassini, Trioptima, Acadiasoft, SQL, or Python.
