They value talent that thrives in dynamic environments and are committed to building a sustainable and future-focused brand.Role & ResponsibilitiesYou will be a key member of the Finance team, partnering with various business units to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making. You will play a crucial role in driving financial planning, analysis, and reporting, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data. You'll also be involved in various projects, collaborating closely with teams across different regions.Main tasks include・Participate in periodic closing processes and oversee the quality of accounting report package, including but not limited to journal entries and reconciliations・Handle or support shared service center in accounts payable functions independently, including vendor invoice, staff reimbursement and corporate card program・Coordinate with teams in HK and Vancouver for Japan accounting, treasury and finance operations matters・Support the preparation of corporate income tax and sales tax returns・Organize and maintain appropriate accounting books and records in Japan・Participate and support any system rollout to JP market・Handle other ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time

求められる経験
【Requirements】
・Bachelor's degree in Accounting & Finance, with a relevant professional qualification (CPA, etc.) is preferred.
・8+ years of experience in a similar finance role, ideally within a multinational corporation.
・Proficient in Oracle or similar ERP system.
・Fluency in Japanese and English is required.
・Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
・Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
・Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
・Proven experience leading and managing financial projects.
・A proactive and results-oriented approach to work.
・Strong understanding of Japanese accounting standards and tax regulations.
