If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for numbers and a knack for problem-solving, we want to hear from you!【Key Responsibilities】•Lead and supervise day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and financial reporting.•Perform month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion.•Prepare and analyze financial statements, variance analysis, and budget-to-actual comparisons.•Coordinate and assist with internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.•Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets and promote efficiency.•Provide guidance and mentorship to junior accounting staff, fostering their professional development and growth.•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and provide financial insights and analysis as needed.•Stay abreast of changes in accounting standards and regulations, assessing their impact on the organization and implementing necessary adjustments.•Participate in special projects, process improvements, and system implementations to enhance the effectiveness of the finance function.•Act as a key liaison with external stakeholders, including auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory agencies.

求められる経験
• Proven experience (5+ years) in accounting roles, with progressively increasing responsibilities; experience in a supervisory role preferred.
• Thorough understanding of GAAP and financial accounting principles; knowledge of IFRS a plus.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify and resolve complex accounting issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
