about the job
As a Senior Account Executive / Account Manager, you will own the entire client relationship with customers.
- Be the primary point of contact with all customers, and to take ownership of client relationships in the APAC region, from onboarding to implementation and delivery of solutions.
- Grow/retain a portfolio of accounts and be responsible for building client relationships, including the development of account management strategies
- Ensure client satisfaction as well as excellent service delivery for loyalty, CRM and partner relationship programs
- Partner with internal teams, including sales and product teams for the growth of new relationships, but also the retention and renewal of existing relationships
- Monitor and analyses data of product and solution usage, reporting this upwards for product and delivery improvements
- Participate and assist with ad-hoc projects
skills and experience required
- Bachelor's Degree from a recognised institution is highly preferred
- At least 3 years in an account management role experience within an agency and/or MNC environment
- Knowledge and experience in B2B, B2B2C, marketing services and solutions, CRM and Loyalty
- Strong understanding of various loyalty, marketing and digital tools and technologies.
- Strong time management and communication skills to interface between internal stakeholders and clients
