Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with complex SEN needs? Do you want to be part of a warm, welcoming school where your dedication will be truly valued and rewarded?
If you're looking for a role where every day brings new challenges and incredible rewards, this opportunity might be perfect for you! Join our tight-knit team in a beautiful, independent primary school designed to support children with communication difficulties, often linked to Autism Spectrum Conditions.
Why this role?
The Perks:
Who are we looking for?
We're on the lookout for a passionate individual with experience working with children and young adults, especially those with SEN (though this is not essential). Whether you've volunteered or worked in paid roles before, your enthusiasm and commitment to making a difference are what matter most.
Key requirements:
What will you do?
You'll play a key role in supporting 1:1, small group, and whole-class learning, ensuring that every child's needs are met in a calm, positive environment. You'll help deliver engaging lessons and activities that bring out the best in each pupil, working alongside dedicated educators.
This role is open to receiving applications over the next two weeks. Within a week of the closing date, appropriate applicants will begin an interview process, after which shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend the final stage of the interview process with appropriate school leadership.
