Role Overview

In this role, you will work closely with teachers to deliver tailored lessons and provide individual support to SEN students.

Key Responsibilities

🎓 Student Support:

Offer one-on-one assistance to help students succeed.
Encourage self-confidence and independent learning.
Create a positive and nurturing classroom environment.

📚 Classroom Assistance:

Assist in the planning and delivery of lessons for SEN students.
Help maintain a safe and engaging classroom space.
Monitor and report on student progress.

Who We're Looking For

Previous experience working with children, ideally in SEN.
Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection.
A caring, patient, and adaptable approach to working with students.
