Role Overview
You will assist teachers in delivering lessons, providing one-on-one support, and helping to create a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
🎓 Student Support:
- Provide individualised support to SEN students.
- Foster independence and confidence through structured activities.
- Create a nurturing classroom atmosphere.
📚 Classroom Assistance:
- Assist teachers in planning and delivering lessons tailored to SEN students.
- Maintain a safe and organised classroom space.
- Monitor and report on student progress.
Who We're Looking For
- Experience working with children, preferably in an SEN setting.
- Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection.
- A caring, patient, and flexible approach to working with students.
