THE JOB
Randstad is working is a high performing Lewisham school who is looking to appoint a talented and conscientious administrator with a good eye for detail, confident IT skills and the desire to work in a busy school setting.
The successful candidate will be able to prioritise their own workload, work independently under the supervision of the SENCO and deal with sensitive matters with the utmost confidentiality and care. This role offers excellent opportunities for skills development and progression for the right candidate and will be particularly suitable for someone interested in forging strong working relationships with families and external agencies.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- To support the SENCo in the provision of a high quality administrative service to all phases of the Academy.
- To undertake any relevant training as required to support the functions of the post and to enhance personal development.
- To undertake other related duties which SLT may require within a reasonable workload.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE
- Worked in a school or other education setting either supporting learners, families or providing administrative support
- Be able to taker esponsibility and using own initiative.
- Use ICT confidently
- Understand how equality of opportunity can be supported and promoted through this post.
- Know how to support children's development in all areas of learning.
- Have knowledge of Safeguarding practices in schools including Keeping children safe in education
- Be Familiar with Special educational needs and disability practices in schools including SEND code of practice

These are some of the requirements that we need from you:
- Enhanced child DBS on the update service or willingness to get one which Randstad can support you on
- Experience working with children or young people with additional care needs
- Proof of your eligibility to work in the UK together with a few other documents
- 2 recent professional references
