Role Overview
You will work closely with teachers to deliver classroom support, provide one-on-one assistance to students, and help create a positive, inclusive learning environment.

🎓 Student Support:
- Provide tailored support to help students achieve their academic and personal goals.
- Encourage independent learning and self-confidence.
- Build a nurturing and positive learning environment.
📚 Classroom Assistance:
- Assist teachers in delivering lessons tailored to students with special needs.
- Help maintain an organised and engaging classroom environment.
- Monitor and report on student progress.
Who We're Looking For
- Experience working with children, ideally in an SEN setting.
- Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection.
- A nurturing, patient, and flexible approach to working with students.
