Role Overview
In this role, you'll provide one-on-one and small group support to students with special needs, assist teachers in delivering lessons, and help create a positive classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
🎓 Student Support:
- Offer personalised assistance to SEN students.
- Promote independence and confidence through structured activities.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
📚 Classroom Assistance:
- Help teachers plan and deliver lessons suited to SEN students.
- Maintain a safe, organised, and engaging classroom space.
- Monitor student progress and report to the teaching team.
Who We're Looking For
- Experience working with children, preferably in an SEN setting.
- Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection practices.
- A nurturing, patient, and flexible approach to working with students.
