Role Overview
In this role, you'll work closely with teachers to provide classroom assistance, one-on-one support, and help create a welcoming, inclusive space for students.
Key Responsibilities
🎓 Student Support:
- Assist students individually or in small groups to support their learning and development.
- Encourage independence through structured activities and personal guidance.
- Nurture a supportive and positive learning environment.
📚 Classroom Assistance:
- Help teachers plan and deliver lessons tailored to the needs of SEN students.
- Maintain an organised, safe, and engaging classroom.
- Report student progress to the teaching team.
Who We're Looking For

- Has experience working with children, especially those with SEN.
