Randstad Education is currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a Special Needs School in Ware. This is a full-time position where you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children with diverse needs, such as Autism, Speech and Language difficulties, and Social and Emotional needs. Your commitment and care will be greatly valued in this rewarding role.
What is required for this distinctive role?
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- Enhanced DBS on the update service.
- Relevant SEN Experience in the UK.
- Ability to provide 2 professional references.
- Strong understanding of child development and the learning process.
What duties are expected?
- Partnering with teachers and staff to promote student learning and development collaboratively.
- Identifying obstacles and devising inventive solutions to support student progress.
- Cultivating a positive and motivating environment to inspire students.
- Observing, documenting, and reporting student advancements and achievements.
