Key Responsibilities:
Learning Support:
Work closely with teachers to create an engaging and positive learning environment.
Personalised Assistance:
Provide targeted support in small groups or one-on-one, tailored to each student's sensory and communication needs.
Build Supportive Relationships:
Establish trust with students, ensuring they feel safe, included, and valued.
Encourage Positive Behaviour:
Use innovative strategies to foster positive behaviour, adapting your approach to each student's needs.
Personal Care Support:
Assist students with personal care when needed, always respecting their dignity and privacy.
