Role Overview
Your role will involve assisting teachers in lesson delivery, providing individual support, and fostering a positive classroom environment where every student can reach their potential.
Key Responsibilities
Student Support
- Provide one-on-one and group support to encourage academic growth and social skills.
- Inspire independent learning and self-assurance.
- Cultivate a welcoming classroom environment.
Classroom Assistance
- Assist teachers in delivering personalised lessons tailored to SEN students.
- Help maintain a safe, structured classroom environment.
- Track student progress and communicate updates to the teaching team.
Ideal Candidate
- Experience working with children, especially in an SEN context.
- Familiarity with safeguarding protocols.
- A nurturing, patient, and adaptable approach to student needs.
