Role Overview
You will assist teachers in delivering tailored learning experiences for SEN students. Your role will include individual and small group support, as well as helping to create an inclusive, supportive classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
🎓 Student Support:
- Assist students with their learning and development in one-on-one or small group settings.
- Promote student independence and resilience.
- Provide a positive, supportive learning space.
📚 Classroom Assistance:
- Help teachers deliver tailored lessons.
- Maintain a safe and organised classroom.
- Provide feedback on student progress to the teaching team.
Who We're Looking For
- Experience with children, ideally in SEN settings.
- A good understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
- A nurturing, patient approach to working with students.
