Role Overview
You will work alongside teachers to deliver classroom support, offer one-on-one assistance, and create an inclusive learning environment where students feel supported and encouraged.
Key Responsibilities
🎓 Student Support:
- Provide personalised support to help students succeed academically and socially.
- Foster student independence and confidence through structured activities.
- Create a nurturing learning space.
📚 Classroom Assistance:
- Help teachers plan and deliver lessons for students with special needs.
- Maintain a safe, organised, and stimulating classroom.
- Report on student progress to the teaching team.
Who We're Looking For
- Previous experience working with children, ideally in an SEN setting.
- Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection.
- A nurturing, patient, and flexible approach to working with students.
