Role Overview
In this role, you will assist teachers in delivering lessons, provide one-on-one support, and help create a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
🎓 Student Support:
- Offer tailored assistance to help students develop academically and socially.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Encourage independence and self-confidence.
📚 Classroom Assistance:
- Help teachers plan and deliver lessons for SEN students.
- Maintain a safe and engaging classroom environment.
- Monitor and report on student progress.
Who We're Looking For
- Experience working with children, preferably in an SEN setting.
- Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection.
- A nurturing, patient, and adaptable approach.
