Role Overview
In this role, you'll assist teachers in delivering lessons, provide one-on-one support to students, and create an inclusive learning environment where all students feel supported.
Key Responsibilities
🎓 Student Support:
- Provide personalised support to help students develop academically and socially.
- Promote independence and resilience through structured activities.
- Foster a nurturing and positive classroom environment.
📚 Classroom Assistance:
- Help teachers plan and deliver lessons suited to SEN students.
- Maintain a well-organised and engaging classroom environment.
- Monitor student progress and report back to the teaching team.
Who We're Looking For
- Experience working with children, preferably in SEN.
- Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection practices.
- A patient, nurturing, and flexible approach.
