About the Role:

This rewarding full-time position involves working one-to-one and in small groups with children with a range of special educational needs. Your key responsibilities will include:

Providing dedicated personal care support with sensitivity and respect, enabling students to participate fully in school life.
Implementing tailored learning activities designed by teachers to meet individual student needs and goals.
Creating a positive and nurturing learning environment where every child feels safe, valued, and supported.
Building strong and trusting relationships with students, understanding their individual needs and communication styles.
Collaborating effectively with teachers, therapists, and parents to ensure a holistic and consistent approach to each child's development.

About You:

You have proven experience providing personal care support to children with sensitivity and discretion.
You possess a deep understanding of the needs of children with SEN, demonstrating empathy and patience.
You are a proactive and adaptable team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You have a genuine passion for making a positive difference in the lives of children with special needs.
You should have an enhanced DBS on the update service (or the willingness to apply)
