This role is needed on a full time, permanent basis (40 hours a week) term time only.

Key responsibilities:
- Work 1:1 with a student, building a supportive and nurturing relationship ensuring they feel safe and secure at school
- Promote and encourage good behaviour and encourage independence
- Contribute to all aspects of educational activities and experiences through supporting the teaching of a broad curriculum
Successful candidate qualities:
- GCSE English and Maths qualification - minimum grade 4 or equivalent is essential
- Level 2 - 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification (or working towards).
- Understanding of the Safeguarding principles
- Knowledge and experience of pupils with SEMH, ASD.
- Own transport due to location is essential
