About the Role

Plan and deliver individualised lessons aligned with EHCP (Education, Health, and Care Plan) goals.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment.
Implement creative teaching strategies to engage students with varying learning styles and abilities.
Assess and track student progress, adjusting plans to ensure continuous development.
Collaborate with teaching assistants, therapists, and parents to support holistic learning.
Promote positive behaviour and social skills, using evidence-based approaches.
Participate in professional development opportunities and contribute to the school community.

What We're Looking For

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with experience in SEN education.
A solid understanding of strategies to support children with autism, ADHD, and other learning needs.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
Patience, creativity, and resilience when supporting children with complex needs.
A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
