Role Overview
In this role, you'll support lesson delivery, provide individual assistance, and create an encouraging learning atmosphere for students.
Key Responsibilities
Student Support
- Provide personalised support for academic and social development.
- Encourage confidence and resilience through structured activities.
- Create a positive and inclusive environment.
Classroom Assistance
- Support teachers in delivering lessons that cater to SEN students.
- Maintain an organised and safe classroom space.
- Monitor progress and report updates to the teaching team.
Who We're Looking For
- Experience: Experience working with children in an SEN setting is preferred.
- Knowledge: Understanding of safeguarding practices.
- Qualities: A caring, patient, and flexible approach.
