We are looking for enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistants to work with students aged 11-19 who have a range of complex needs, including autism, learning disabilities, and communication difficulties. Key Responsibilities:
Learning Support: Collaborate with teachers to foster an engaging and positive learning environment.
Personalised Assistance: Offer targeted support in small groups or one-on-one, tailored to each student's sensory and communication requirements.
Build Supportive Relationships: Develop trusting connections with students, ensuring they feel safe, included, and valued.
Encourage Positive Behaviour: Implement innovative strategies to promote positive behaviour, adapting your approach to meet each student's needs.
Personal Care Support: Assist students with personal care tasks as needed, always respecting their dignity and privacy.
