Who are we looking for?
We're seeking enthusiastic individuals with a passion for working with children. While experience with SEN is desirable, we are open to those who have worked or volunteered with children in any capacity. Your dedication and willingness to learn are what matter most.
Key requirements:
- Experience with SEN (desirable)
- Experience (voluntary or paid) working with children
- GCSEs in Maths and English or equivalent
- Eligibility to work in the UK
What will you do?
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will support children in 1:1, small group, and classroom settings, helping them engage with lessons and activities. You'll be an integral part of the team, working alongside skilled educators to create a calm, positive environment where every child can thrive.
