Who we're looking for:
We're searching for an enthusiastic and caring individual with experience working with children and young adults, especially those with SEN (though this is not essential). Your passion for helping students thrive and your dedication to creating a positive, inclusive environment are what we value most.
Key Requirements:
- Experience with SEN (Highly Desirable)
- Experience (paid or voluntary) working with children
- GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
- Eligibility to work in the UK
Your Role:
You'll play an essential role in supporting 1:1, small group, and whole-class learning, ensuring that each child's needs are met in a calm, positive setting. Alongside dedicated educators, you'll help deliver engaging lessons and activities that inspire students and nurture their potential.
